I had an excellent experience with Chester Car Supermarket- 100% recommend. The sales manner was very relaxed and friendly- there was absolutely no pressure to buy. But when I did pick a car and let them know how desperate I was for it, they were able to get it ready for later that day. They were brilliant and I was very impressed with the professionalism and level of service.

This is the fourth car in the family bought from them. Always friendly and helpful without any pressure. Damaged bumper was resprayed to look like new. Will definitely recommend to my daughter in law when she's looking to change her car. Thanks to all at the garage!!

My whole experience with Chester Car Supermarket was excellent. The salesperson, Jethroe put me at ease which helped me a great deal. I know very little of cars and rely on a trustworthy person to ensure that I will be well looked after. I felt comfortable with the experienced manner in which he took us through the buying process and he had good knowledge of the car I was wishing to buy. It is not a main dealership sort of experience, but I prefer the personal care afforded by a smaller garage. I thoroughly recommend Chester Car Supermarket. I am very happy with my purchase.

Firstly a big thank you to the team at Chester Car Supermarket, this is the second car I've purchased and I can't fault a thing. After a good 4 / 5 years it was time to upgrade to a bigger engine and more space and salesmen Jethroe and Nigel supported me in finding the best car in stock for my circumstances. They were incredibly helpful and not pushy at all (which has put me off at other garages in the past!). The car has been well kept and low mileage which is a bonus when buying a used car. A short test drive and the car ran like a dream, it was a no brainer. The sale was swift and I was supported throughout with any queries I had. Overall a very lovely experience, very thankful after negative experiences in other garages when looking for my first car years ago, wouldn't go elsewhere now! Thank you again, I'll definitely be back :)

Professional, helpful, going extra mile to help. The car I bought from them was in excellent condition and clean. When a little fault was found (which was the result of a pre sale independent garage service), they took my car straight to the garage, after I drove it to them - all within their guarantee - and even gave me a lift home. No fuss and really friendly.
