Very Good After Sales

Chester Car Supermarket have really shown there is car dealerships out there with good after sales and have compassion. I’ve been having a terrible time with another dealership that sold me a faulty car which I explained on purchase to Chester Car Supermarket who was very understanding. I purchased a car from them which a few days later found with an issue that was developing and they offered to take a look and fix if needed. But due to all stress I’d previously had from another dealership, and being over cautious they accepted for me to return the car for a full refund with no hassle at all. 22 years in buying cars and no dealership has been that easy to deal with when it comes to after sales. Although there was an issue developing with the car, I would still highly recommend them as they seemed keen to sort it and even when returning the vehicle they wanted to get the issue sorted for the next customer that will come along and purchase it.

The team are really lovely and helpful. The process for my finance application went through quickly and I'm really pleased with the overall service.

Very happy with my S-max from here, had plenty of time on the day to give it a look over and even some bulbs changed. got a very fair price too. Had some very minor after purchase issues and Jethroe was awsome at getting them sorted out through the free warranty service for me, great communication and was nice having one person to speak too every time. Very down to earth, never felt any pressure. Car had clearly had a good look over (new battery and a deep clean) All round solid experience. Highly recommend.
